Pricing questions

Can I change or cancel a paid plan?

Yes. Current Stripe-managed VIP and B2B subscriptions can be managed from your Account page. Legacy PayPal subscriptions continue to be managed through PayPal automatic payments.

Why do some retailers require VIP?

Some retailer sites require more expensive monitoring methods or do not provide commissions that help offset monitoring costs. See the current status on the Supported Retailers page.

Is B2B required for commercial use?

Yes. The B2B plan is the commercial-use tier and adds hourly standard checks and priority support. Contact support@notifyprice.com for unusual volume, delivery, or retailer requirements.

Which plan is right for me?
